In order to increase our work effort, we need to create long-term energy in the body and mind. One way to do this is to fast privately for God. Then we can use his energy to work now and more easily in the future. Our understanding of our reason for living should become more clear.

Based on my experience and reading other literature, it is normal to be drained of energy, when fasting. When I experience this in the day time, I force myself to stay awake. When it is too difficult, I go to sleep. I work at home, I can do anything in private. I have nobody telling me what to do.

When I wake up, I go back to work.

Not all of us can sleep at work. In this case, juice fasting helps to give one more energy in the present time when compared to water fasting.
